This gauge mainly used in measuring the pressure of the liquid pressure system or the gas jar on the engine, also can measure two same pressure or two different pressure of the service medium at the same time which have none-corrosion, non-crystallized, non-solidified whih copper alloys, plumbum-stin alloys welding materials.
This gauge is made up of two autocephaly measuring and pointingsystem.The gauges work base on flexibility parts(the flexibility bube in the measuring system) characteris change.It's means that,the mediea's pressure make the tube moving, with the stick and gear help. The calibration principle is: to provide compressed air with different pressure values for the dual-needle pressure gauge, and adjust the transmission mechanism of the pressure gauge to make the scale indicated by the pointer consistent with the scale indicated by the pointer of the standard pressure gauge, so as to achieve the purpose of calibration.
The equipment is composed of two parts: a gas source system for calibrating pressure and a pneumatic quick clamping system.
Check the air supply system design
The calibration gas source system requires a stable pressure gas source to be provided to the product at any pressure point. During the calibration process, the pressure of the closed cavity should be adjusted frequently according to the pressure value required by the process. The general-purpose pressure regulating valve is used to adjust the pressure and the operation is inconvenient, and the frequently adjusted pressure regulating valve has a high failure rate and a short service life. In the system design, a self-made two-position two-way manual valve is used to adjust the amount of air supply and exhaust volume of the closed cavity of the system, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the gas pressure of the closed cavity.
The working principle is: when the valve needle of the two-position two-way manual control valve rotates clockwise, the valve port is closed, when the valve needle rotates counterclockwise, the valve port opens. By controlling the angle of the rotating valve needle, the opening of the valve port can be controlled. In order to control the speed of intake and exhaust, achieve the purpose of accurately controlling the pressure value of the system. When the system pressure reaches the required calibration pressure value, the exhaust valve is quickly closed. In this way, the entire system is equivalent to a closed container, and its pressure is constant at the pressure value of the workpiece calibration pressure point
