Features:

This equipment use the large diameter but short length heating drum for drying,drying drum stent made of channel steel welding processing, solid and reliable, thedrum of heat-resisting wear-resisting of boiler steel plate by abrasive processing forming,supported by open gear rotating with four nodular cast iron roller support, uniform smooth operation,internal blade not only ensure the aggregate Reasonable curtain material and to reduce heat loss,when the aggregate reaches the required index of dry drum reverse discharging into the corresponding difference forced mixing cylinder.
3. New type into a spiral arrangement of double-row blades, double shaft blade have unprecedented agitation ability, large diameter of biaxial stirring arm with case,adopt high strength high chromium alloy, makes the machine has the incomparable high reliability, mixing cylinder liner blades are made of high chromium manganese alloy,not only ensure mixture, stir well, in a short time and long service life, often don'thave to change parts of the basic requirements.
