Product Description

It can make the coarse screens in the recycled paper fiber efficient, simplify processing procedures and reduce power consumption.
Heavey Reject Cleaner
HT-1000 Low Consistency Cleaner is suitable for cleaning various kinds of pulp with a consistency of 1.6%-1.2%.
Heavey Reject Cleaner Design Features:
The working consistency of the Low Consistency Cleaner is as high as 2.5%, hence the number of cleaners is reduced accordingly. It is suitable for meeting the requirements of high-capacity pulp-making equipment.
The bottom part is equipped with an axial flushing water device, it can control the coarse rejects consistency individually and control the fiber loss efficiently. By diluting the coarse rejects, there will no appear blocking phenomenon in the pro- cess of reject discharging in every stage.
