The 2BEC series water ring vacuum pump and compressor are not only efficient and energy-saving, but also very suitable for long-term, continuous operation.
Operating under rough vacuum, the working conditions of liquid ring pumps are often harsh. The 2BEC series products have been designed with full consideration for the ability to extract various gases. It has been widely used in industries such as papermaking, coal mining, power plants, vacuum filtration, chemical, petrochemical, and food processing.
2BEC can be used in conjunction with various driving devices, such as belt drives, gearboxes, synchronous motors, frequency converters, etc. In addition, to save space, a series operation mode driven by one motor can be adopted, and four pumps can be operated in series simultaneously.

The main structural features of the 2BEC series water ring vacuum pump and compressor produced are as follows:
-There are large inspection ports on both sides of the pump cover, which can be used to check the clearance, corrosion condition, and scale accumulation.
-The 2BEC vacuum pump is manufactured with both top and side suction and exhaust flanges reserved, and has the same diameter, making on-site installation more flexible and convenient.
-All bearings are imported with original equipment, ensuring high stability during the positioning and operation of the impeller of the 2BEC vacuum pump.
-The impeller material is all cast with ductile iron or welded with steel plates and stainless steel plates, fully ensuring the stability of the 2BEC vacuum pump impeller under various harsh working conditions and greatly improving the service life of the 2BEC vacuum pump.
-The pump body is entirely made of steel plates or stainless steel plates, which improves the service life of the 2BEC vacuum pump-
