Ultramarine blue pigment is the oldest and the most bright blue inorganic pigment, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, belongs to the category of inorganic pigment. It is used to enhance the chromaticity of white pigments or paints, can eliminate the yellow light in white paint or other white material, insoluble in water. Light resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance, in the atmosphere to the sun and wind and rain erosion is extremely stable, but not acid resistance, acid decomposition discoloration. It is considered one of the safest pigments nowadays.
Ultramarine Technology
Using high temperature calcination method, the raw materials such as kaolin, soda ash, sulfur, charcoal. sodium sulfate, quartz were mixed by high temperature calcination and then divided into crucible. COLORING: Used in paint, rubber, printing and dyeing, ink, linoleum, painting and building exterior wall.
IMPROVE WHITENESS: Ultramarine can eliminate yellow light in white products or other white pigments. Used in papermaking, knitting industry, detergent, clothing and footwear materials, white products, etc.
SPECIA FOR PAINTING: Using ultramarine powder to add blending oil, glue and propylene to make into oil painting, watercolor painting, gouache painting and acrylic painting pigments. Ultramarine is a mineral pigment featured with transparent appearance, weak hiding power and bright brightness, thus not suitable for painting very dark tones, but suitable for decorative colors, especially in the common use of ancient Chinese architecture.
COLOR MIXING: Adding ultramarine to black and gray can make the color have a soft luster.
OTHER APPLICATIONS: used for plastic PVC-R/PVC-P/PVC/PP/PE/ABS/PC/PMMA, POM/PA/PET or PP spinning, etc. Ultramarine can be used as antioxidant of perfluorinated carbon resin, hydrogenation pyrolysis catalyst, adsorption of uranium from seawater and so on. Specification
