Product Description Fioshine provides diamond wires developed for cutting a wide range of materials such as concrete, stone, reinforced concrete, underwater steel/pipe cutting in a variety of industries.
Diamond wire saw is manufactured by sintered diamond beads and assemble with rupper and springs.
Our diamond wires work well with almost brands wire saw machine on the market.
There is basically no limit towards the depth or shape of a wire saw application.
We offer various types of diamond wires that has different diamond densities and diamond bead diameters including sintered, electroplated and vacuum brazed options.
Usual diameters are 10.5/11.0/11.5mm with 40beads per meter.

Delivery time Our full production capacity of diamond wire saw is up to 6000meters per month, so that we can give a short delivery time.
For samples, 4 days to be sent. For batch orders, it will be 2-3 weeks depends on the quantity and the production schedule.
