Plastic Extruder for Zipper Bags Introducing our self-designed and manufactured Plastic Extruder for Zipper Bags. This machine can produce various shapes of zipper pulls by changing the molds. It consists of a main extruder, mold shaping, constant temperature water cooling and shaping dehydration device, air drying device, zipper sealing device, and automatic swing winding, with flexible mold structure and easy installation.
It is an auxiliary machine for zipper plastic bag production, facilitating the composite of chains and films through subsequent bag-making machines. Producing in-house allows for better quality control and cost savings compared to outsourcing. Different plastic zipper heads can create various packaging effects.

Features:
The machine uses 90-degree extrusion molds for precise shaping.
The barrel and screw are made of high-quality alloy steel with chrome plating for wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and shape retention. The stainless steel water tank is adjustable in height.
Frequency conversion adjustment and torque winding on the main and auxiliary machines ensure stable zipper production.
