Cleaning Grading Raw Material
Potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, mangoes, lychees, tangerines, navel oranges, pears, peaches, kiwis, passion fruits, lily bulbs, green walnuts, avocados, papayas, ginseng fruits, jujubes, mangosteens, etc.
Working Principle
1. The machine consists of a frame, reducer, conveyor chain, roller, discharge conveyor belt, driving shaft, and other components.
2. After entering the machine, under gravity, the raw materials are spread on the surface of the roller in a single layer by themselves.
3. Since the roller contacts with the non-metallic track, to make the roller rotates in the same direction on the working surface while revolving (horizontal movement), so the materials are constantly rotating.
4. Then the materials are moved to the next process from the discharge outlet, and the operator can select the unqualified fruits and vegetables during the material movement to ensure the quality of the fruits and vegetables.
5. According to the user's requirements, the machine can be designed with conveying machine to convey bad fruits.
Working Process
1. After raw materials are poured into the hoist, workers can select the rotten fruits at the selecting table equipped with the hoist.
2. Then the raw materials enter the brush cleaning machine to clean the dirt on the surface.
3. The grading machine is a roller type, it rotates through the screw pitches to drive the rollers and to move forward parallelly.
4. Meanwhile, gradually widening the gap between the rollers, and the size of the gap reaches the corresponding size of the raw materials so that the raw materials fall from the gap to the conveyor belt to complete the purpose of grading.
5. The raw materials can be bagged and packaged after grading.
