The crusher part of our BSG cyclone dust collecting grinding set also can be used as a single mill like the left one in the picture above, it is suitable for small capacity, small space or limited budget. If you need continuous and no dust big production, the right type BSG grinder machine is a better choice.
Working principle of industrial cinnamon powder grinder machine:
The material is crushed by the force of hit and friction of high speed relative motion of movable knife disc and fixed knife disc. If the particle is smaller than the hole size of sieve, it will pass the sieve and get out of the crushing cavity. If not, the
particle will continue to be crushed in the mill cavity.

There are different kinds of crushing knives for choices, usually our clients choose hammer type, pinned disc type, and turbo type. Hammer type: It is suitable for grinding heat sensitive materials, and its output capacity is a little higher than other type
knives.
Pinned disc type: It is suitable for making finer powder than other types, like for grain, herb.
Turbo type: It is suitable for grinding high oil content materials, such as coffee beans, spices (coriander, black pepper...etc).

Cyclone part
1) Cyclone can separate dust from powder (granules).
2) Rotary valve make powder discharge speed even. Rotary valve is also made of stainless steel and it is convenient to be cleaned and removed.

Pulse Dust Collecting box
1) Dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.
2) Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled
easily.
3) With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.

Export standard package. Fumigation wooden box or container.
For small machine, we pack it in wooden box.
