At the heart of this cutting-edge machine lie two core components, meticulously constructed from 45# carbon steel seamless pipes and subjected to an advanced frequency-modulated quenching heat treatment process. These innovative rollers are designed for interchangeability and reversibility, ensuring prolonged durability. The design takes into account the speed differential between the main and auxiliary rollers, resulting in significantly reduced wear on the main roller. The auxiliary roller, with its essential tooth edge, plays a pivotal role in determining the grain breaking efficacy. Ingeniously, when one side of the auxiliary roller's teeth wears out, the roller can be flipped, while the main roller remains untouched. Once both sides are exhausted, a new auxiliary roller is introduced, with the main roller enduring for double the lifespan of any auxiliary roller.
