Product Description
Production Description For Polymer Leaf Disc Filter
Material : Stainless steel sintered felt or other metal fibers
Outer Diameter : 7inch,8.75inch,10inch,12inch
Center Axle: hard, hard-semi, soft
Hard or soft features : excellent mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance ,uniform and stable precision, long service life etc. Filter Disc bopet design makes effective filtration area reaches the max, achieves the effective use of space and filtering device miniaturization. It also be called leaf disk filter.
Features :
1, It can effectively block, filter out the crystal point in the melt, and cut the gel, greatly improve the quality of high-end film materials.
2, High strength, low initial pressure difference, greatly improve the service life and extend filter replacement cycle, improve production efficiency.
3, The thickness of filter disc is thin, and the combined filtration area is large.
4, Unique stainless steel fiber felt manufacturing process, replace and exceed the international similar stainless steel fiber sintered felt technical level.
5. Provide key support for the breakthrough of high-end polymer film materials in China.
Applications
Mainly used in BOPET industry, it is the key component of BOPET and fiber spinning and other production equipment, suitable for fine filtration of high viscosity polymers.
1,BOPP bidirectional stretch polypropylene film
2,BOPA bidirectional stretch nylon film
3,BOPET bidirectional stretch polyester film
4, high viscosity melt filtration
5, chemical fiber liquid filtration
