In the past, European Community countries had different requirements for imported and sold products, and the goods manufactured according to the standards of one country could not be listed in other countries. As a part of the efforts to eliminate trade barriers, CE came into being.
CE certification is a kind of safety certification mark, which is regarded as a stepping stone for manufacturers to open and enter the European market, and can be sold in all EU member countries. In the European Union market CE certification is mandatory certification.
The standard of toy products in the European market is the technical specification of toy products entering the European market through the EN71 standard, so as to reduce or avoid the harm of toys to children. Take the EN71 Toy Safety Directive, which sets out the safety requirements for toys sold in the European Union and also covers other children's products. The directive consists of 13 main sections covering all aspects of toys and children's products including flammability, physical properties, children's pigments and so on. In addition, EN71 provides for compliance pattern standards and various other labels.

Procedure for handling CE test report of children's toys:
1. Fill out the application form.
2. Send samples.
3. Test OK,
4. Issue the report/certificate
