Introduction of BSC turmeric crusher machine: Our coarse crusher has two functions mainly: (1)Crush raw materials into flakes or granules like ginger granules,chili flakes,tea granules,black pepper granules,biscuit flakes,herb granules...etc (2)It is used as a primary crusher before grinding. For example, if we need to make cinnamon powder, we shall crush the long and big cinnamon into pieces, then feed the pieces into pulverizer, otherwise the cinnamon is too big to be fed into the pulverizer.
Application and work method of BSC turmeric crusher machine: It's applied in food, chemical and herb industry. Raw material is fed into the crush chamber through the feed hopper,then crushed and cut by the fixed and rotating knives in the chamber, and flows to the exit automatically under the effect of rotating centrifugal force.
There are two type discharge way, one is side discharge, one is bottom discharge.
