It can meet the requirements of dry contact point and voltage of injection molding machine, and various signal inputs of extruder such as 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20MA, 0-20MA, frequency, digital, etc., covering almost all plasticizing signals of plastic molding equipment (signal types should be informed in advance).

4. Modular assembly structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, and quick material replacement.

5. Material level detection sensor can be selected, and material shortage alarm prompt can be given.

6. Optional stirring base to ensure uniform mixing of materials.

7. The main screw of extrusion (calendering) can be synchronously accelerated and decelerated.

8. The unique compensation and optimization concept of the controller ensures that the measurement of additives is always accurate.

9. Off-line simulation function. In the process of equipment debugging, the additives can be quickly adjusted to the ideal weight, reducing the material loss during debugging, and greatly reducing the manpower and material consumption during refueling debugging.

10. The special mode that can be used with chemical fiber monofilament and filament spinning equipment can ensure that the melt metering pump of the spinning equipment can adjust speed at will and always ensure high stability.

11. The special controller with extended function can be equipped with weighing control module, which can realize
the digital control of additive proportion and ensure the accuracy of measurement to a greater extent.

12. The reinforced mounting base with optimized and improved design of blanking mechanism ensures that the amount of large color masterbatch can be used normally, even if it is a large amount of recycled materials, it can also be adapted.
