Series Q single-sided lapping machine
Usage: This machine is engineered for large batch flat lapping or polishing of metal and non-metal materials, especially for stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloy, hardware components, some sealing elements of air pressure and hydraulic pressure, optical crystal, sapphire glass, LED sapphire substrate, LGP model, piezoelectric ceramics, alumina ceramics, plastic sheet and silicon chips.
Equipment Principle The grinding machine is a single-sided precision grinding and polishing equipment, the grinding and polishing workpiece is placed on the grinding disc, the grinding disc rotates against the clock, the workpiece rotates by friction, and the pressurised weight applies pressure to the workpiece, the workpiece and the grinding disc make relative running friction to achieve the purpose of grinding and polishing the workpiece. The grinding disc dressing mechanism developed by our company uses a hydraulic guide for back and forth reciprocating movement and a diamond dressing knife for precision dressing of the grinding surface of the grinding disc, which gives the disc an ideal flat surface.
