Machine Details
Built-in electric spindle
The electric spindle has good dynamic response performance and can quickly adjust the speed and torque according to processing requirements. This fast response capability is essential for realizing complex five-axis linkage processing, which can ensure the relative movement between the tool and the workpiece is accurate.
Tilt flip worktable
The tilt flip worktable is designed to realize 5-axis linkage processing function and can process a variety of products. The overall embedded design of the worktable, especially the special process of injecting the gap between the column and the worktable when fixing the worktable, has excellent vibration absorption capacity generated by the joint and the column.
Tool Magazine
The tool magazine of the five-axis machining center can accommodate many different types of tools, including milling cutters, drills, tapping tools, etc., to meet the needs of different processing tasks. The tool magazine can automatically select the appropriate tool for processing without manual intervention, greatly improving processing efficiency and flexibility.
CNC system
