Product Introduction
PVC profile production line is mainly used to produce the PVC windows and doors profiles, door boards, windows table board, multi-hole pipes, price tag ect. This production line also can be used to produce different kinds of profiles according to customers' detail requirement.
PVC profile production line includes twin or single screw extruder, vacuum forming table, haul off machine, cutting machine and profile stacker.
PVC profile production line can purchase different models extruders to meet different kinds profiles making. Vacuum forming table purchase whirlpool water cooling system, which is easy for vacuum forming and cooling down. Haul off machine purchase the special designed control system to keep the Haul Off Machine with setted pressure to the profiles. Cutting machine synchronation work with the haul off machine and controlled by the PLC system. Cutting machine also set the dust colloecting device. According to different kinds of profile moulds, the vacuum forming table can be 4meter, 6meter, 9meter, 11meter.
pvc trunking product adopt SJSZ45/90 as its main machine, motor power 15KW, inverter, motor, contactor, temperature control and other good quality elements, gearbox can be vertical or horzontal type, screw use loacal famous brand, capacity can reach around 40-60kg/h .
PVC trunking mold can be one cavity or 2 cavtiy, 2 cavity will increase capacity and power&space saved
vacuum calibration table is used for forming and cooling pvc profiles, the length is 2500mm, it owned water pump and vacuum pump, machine can move front and back as molds require.
belt haul off machine is used for conveying pvc profiles to cutter, two belts can be controlled up and down, speed also be controled by inverter.
blade cutter is used to cut pvc profiles into small length ones, cutting device is controled by pneumatic, profile length decided by meter device.
