M13100B cylindrical grinder is used to grind cylindrical parts with an outer diameter of φ 100-1000mm and a length of 5000mm. Not only the cylindrical parts can be machined, but also the small end face of the shaft shoulder can be ground by using the axial trace feed of the grinding wheel spindle, and the worktable can rotate 2 °30mm, so the outer cone can also be ground. The radial feed of the grinding wheel is not only fast, but also suitable for adjusting the machine tool, such as electric fast, electric slow, and feed point and automatic. The feed guideway and grinding wheel spindle bearings all use static pressure technology, and are equipped with independent spindle fuel tank and guideway hydraulic station. The worktable guideway is a wide hydrostatic guideway, there is no creeping phenomenon at low speed, and the stroke adjustment is convenient. The rotation of the work piece and the reciprocating motion of the worktable are driven by a DC motor controlled by a controllable silicon tube, which can realize stepless speed regulation. The bed is made of high-strength and low-profit alloy cast iron without splicing, and the guideway is linear.
