Product Description compact non-pressurized flat plate solar water heater is a type of passitive solar water heating system,The tank is above the flat plate solar collector , they are integrative with a frame for support them as unit. The flat plate solar collector transfer the heat to tank by natural gravity. Fluid (water ) from inlet is heated and become lighter density compare to non-heated fluid, this lighter density will go up to the outlet and heavier fluid will go down to inlet of collector . This thermosyphone priciple continue to happen until sun down .
Our passive solar water heating adopts thermosiphon way for water circulation, flat plate solar collectors get solar power from sun by absorbing core board which coating with blue film and transfer the hot water by thermosiphon way to exchange the colder water in tank.Here the tank is pressurized container. So system is close loop for a fast heat exchange and less heat loose compare to open loop passive solar water heating.

Back and surround are covered by fiber glass insolation; case are in strong alumium alloy assemble as one unit not reviet type,even back steel are in aluminum to make a top quality.

5. Tank heat preservation foam in polyurethane ,long preservation time for more than 3days.
6 Inner tank steel is SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel, thickness 0.5mm, thicker than market standard for long life time and high pressure.
7. Stainless steel protection welding by arc-argon is applied for all fittings.
8 Big Flange Screws for the tank and bracket connection are used to protect the tank outer material .
9. Intelligent Controller and electric heater are available
