Product Description
We supply Automatic Stone Edge Chamfering Machine, type ZLYD-3200SK for processing Porcelain, ceramic, marble, granite, quartz.Especially the processing stone table, steps, background wall seamless splicing. This is a PLC machine with a screen. You can set various chamfering modes, cut to the end, or only cut the selected part. Since the program has multiple interfaces to choose from, the operation is very convenient.
1. ZLYD-3200SK Automatic Stone Edge Chamfering Machine adopts a bridge frame structure, and the crossbeam is processed by a gantry machining center.
2. The Machine head adopts a linear guide rail and is equipped with a high-precision high-speed servo motor.
3. The saw blade can cut into the material from anywhere along the angle of 45 °.
4. High-quality cylinder clamping guide and pressure plate device are adopted.
5. The surface of the workbench is affixed with a rubber soft belt, which is not easy to scratch the surface when entering and exiting the plate. 6. The workbench is equipped with universal rollers for convenient loading and unloading of plates.
7. The electrical control adopts a big brand PLC, touch screen, and servo drive system control, with stable performance, fast speed, and high precision.
8. Five chamfering edge modes can be set for processing selection, which is simple and easy to learn.
We place each machine in the factory for testing to ensure that every detail is debugged to the best state before packaging and shipment. The main machine part and the circuit part are the same when loading the cabinet, so it is very easy to install and debug the machine in the customer's factory. The machine can be put into the container as a whole.
