Technical Features Of Twin-Shaft Paddle Mixer 1.Short Mixing Time : An average mixing cycle for dry mixing can be as follows: filling 20-30 seconds, mixing 40-60 seconds and discharging 10-20 seconds. This gives a total cycle time of 1.5 - 2 minutes.

The machine includes lid, rotor, casing, discharging device and other parts. Raw materials are premix materials are put into mixing room from upper inlet, rotor driven by reducer motor and composed of different directions ribbon screw blade and main shaft. When rotor working, left hand helix and right hand helix will make materials push in the opposite direction so that the materials can be mixed uniformly.
