The CSV Series Symons Cone Crusher is suitable for crushing all kinds of ores and rocks with medium or above hardness. Comparedwith PY Series Spring Cone Crusher, it has the characteristics of reliable structure, high production efficiency, and convenient adjustment. It is the most ideal equipment that suitable for crushing hard, medium hardness above all kinds of ores and rocks in large scale factories, which widely used in metallurgy, construction, hydropower, transportation, chemical industry, building materials industry.
STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS
1. Simple structure, smooth operation, stable performance and leading output among similar products;
2. After adopting CO2 protection welding treatment, a machine frame is tight and durable;
3. All easily worn parts adopt high manganese steel, to prolong the service life of mainframe;
4. A spring locking device can provide stable crushing force and excessive iron release protection;
5. A labyrinth type dust proof ring is used for sealing to ensure clean lubricating oil;
6. A hydro-cylinder for chamber clean can quickly remove aggregates not-easily crushed materials, to greatly shorten maintenance
time.
7. A material-discharging port is hydraulically adjusted, so that the adjustment is convenient, quick and accurate;
8. The mounting faces of moving and static gear plates both are subjected to inish achining, and fillers are not used, so their replacements are convenient and quick;
9. A lubricating system is provided with an oil return and temperature protection device, and interlocked with a main motor, so that the main motor is protected from damage.
