FREE-VALVE plastic PVC True Union Ball Valves are made from the highest-quality plastic resins and they are corrosion resistant plastic true union design quarter turn valves with low pressure drops and reliable sealing,the plastic ball valves are excellent for use in clean fluid service applications with very little to no suspended solids. The ball valve is ideal for almost every application where dependable on/off operation is specified.
Features
1. Integrally molded ISO mounting pad for both actuated and manual operations.
2. Teflon seat with elastomeric backing cushions ensure bubble tight shut-off and low fixed torque, while compensating for wear.
3. The valves feature a blow-out-proof safety-shear stem design with double O-ring seal on stem for adding protection.
4. The valves are fully pressure-tested for low maintenance and extended uni-directional service life.
5. True union plastic ball valves can be lifted from the line without having to move the piping simply by loosening the two union nuts. The valves can be disassembled, and parts may be replaced.Its can be pneumatically or electrically actuated.
