Condenser tube Descaling device Eqobrush online cleaning system, EQOBRUSH automatic online tube brushing system allows the chiller condenser and heat exchange tubes to be cleaned without downtime. Keep the tubes clean from scaling and fouling on the tube’s inner wall, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser and heat-exchanger, keeping the heat exchange equipment in stable performance and continuous long-term energy saving.
The unique reversing mechanism of the EQOBRUSH makes it the industrial leading technology in the online cleaning with the following features:
Accurate cleaning, each tube serve with a set of brush (mandatory cleaning) , every cleaning circle efficiency is 100%.
Fast cleaning, a special design of actuator and the unique reversing mechanism of swing box allows the cleaning circle completed in 15-30 seconds.
Efficient cleaning: 6 circles per day automatic high-frequency cleaning which needs no chemicals. It can prevent the formation of hard scale, the accumulation of soft mud and the deposition of sediment. Tubes are always in pristine.
Applicability: Suitable for shell-and-tube chillers with a pipe diameter of 100-600MM; the valve has a flexible opening direction design, there is not limited by space for new project installation, and the minimum changes of the pipeline layout for the retrofitting.
