What Is Loop Crossbelt Sorter The loop crossbelt sorter is mainly composed of four parts: the supply system, the sorting trolley, the parcel of-loading system and the control system. Under the coordinated control of the control system, the parcels are imported from the supply system into the sorting trolley for sorting, and the parcel off-loading system completes the physical location of the parcels for sorting storage, thus achieving the parcel sorting function. There are three types of lines that are widely used, namely single-layer single trolley sorting systems double-layer single trolley sorting systems, and single-layer double trolley sorting systems.

Workflow of Dynamic DWS Equipment
Taking warehouse transferment as an example, parcels are transferred to DWS equipment through transfer machines or manual placement. The DWS system automatically collects the volume, weight and face sheet information of the parcels and calculates the parcel sorting grid in advance according to the built-in application, and after the parcels reach the designated location, the sorting equipment gets a signal and transports the parcels to the designated sorting grid to complete the sorting work, and then loads the vehicles and transports the parcels to the designated location through the trucks.
