NP20 type double-hole light wall plate machine main advantages:

NP20 light partition panel extruder working principle:
The machine integrates the fabric, vibration, forming, and stripping processes of light partition panel production. The main motor transmits power to the reducer through the pulley, and the output shaft of the reducer drives the spiral mixing knife to rotate in the forming cavity composed of the frame (wall panel), vibrator (vibrator), and pedestal. The lightweight mixture from the hopper is continuously transported to the forming cavity. Under the double action of the spiral mixing knife extrusion and the continuous vibration of the vibrator in the forming cavity, the lightweight mixing material resonates and is continuously squeezed and compacted to achieve the required shape, size, and density. At the same time, the vibrated dense strip
produces a reaction force on the rotating mixing knife, pushing the extrusion machine to move forward continuously. Thus, continuous pallet-making is realized. Through the molding scraper at the end of the machine, the top of the board is polished.
