Intriduction
ERW pipe machine is special equipment for producing straight seam welded pipes in metallurgy, construction and other industries. It uses cold-rolled and hot-rolled strip as raw materials to produce round, square and rectangular tubes of the required specifications by cold-rolling and high-frequency welding.
The high frequency welded pipe mainly consists of a uncoiler , strip leveling machine, shear and butt-welder, accumulator, disc saw, an edge milling machine, sizing section, high frequency welding machine, flying saw, straightening machine, end facing machine and a hydrostatic testing machine.
It adopts "W" Forming process in the forming process with advantages of making the force more reasonable and the deformation of the material of each rack of the unit is more perfect. The remarkable features of the whole unit are fast, efficient, time-saving, and labor-saving and the unit features are high strength and strong rigidity.

Round tubes, square and rectangular tubes are sizing and shaping in the sizing unit. After sizing, the tube is straightened by turkey-head and then cut to the required length by the flying saw. The fixed length tubes are rapidly carried away from the flying saw through the run-out table and pushed into the table for inspection. This production line meets the production requirements for square tubes, rectangular tubes and round tubes.
