3. New cutter structure is used for primary tearing, and three-stage roller knife rubbing structure is used for vertical tearing. 4. The multi-stage separation method of foam absorption plus air separation system is adopted, so the material separation purity is higher, and the foam content in the plastic and the separation rate of the plastic content in the foam maintain the industry level;
5. Hydraulic foam compressor can improve the compression ratio of foam, which is safe and reliable, effectively reduces the phenomenon of foam overheating and spontaneous combustion during compression, and has low operation and maintenance costs;
