Packing size:10pcs/box, 20boxes/carton. Principle The Canine Distemper-Adeno Virus Antigen Combo Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. Collection and preparation of sample 1.Canine ocular, nasal secretions
2.The sample should be tested immediately after collection. If not, they can be stored at 2~8ºC for 24 hours. For longer storage, Freeze at -20ºC. Frozen samples should be brought to room temperature(15~30ºC) prior to use.
3.The sample is better to cover the cotton swab 1/3~2/3. Too little will cause false yin. Excessive samples will show false positives and slow running. Materials provided Storage

The kit can be stored at room temperature (4~30ºC).DO NOT FREEZE. Test procedure

Collect the ocular, nasal secretions using a swab.

Insert the swab into the buffer Tube and mix the swab.

Wait for 2 minutes to settle down the sample.

Add 4 drops of the mixed sample into the sample hole using the dropper. Interpret test results at 5~10 minutes.

Interpretation of results Precautions 1.Do not use the test beyond its expiration date.
2.Do not reuse test components.
3.Do not mix components from different lot numbers.
4.Decontaminate and dispose of all samples, use kits and potentially contaminated materials safely in accordance with national and local regulations. Limitation Canine Distemper-Adeno Virus Antigen Combo Test is for in vitro veterinary diagnosis use only. All result should be considered with other clinical information available with veterinarian. It is suggested to apply a further confirmative method such as PCR when positive result was observed.
