Q1.Are you a factory or a trader? A: we are a powerful factory established in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, with a factory area of about 8000 square meters. It has 8 injection molding machines, 10 stamping machines, 2 oil presses, 1 double station welding machine, 2 single station welding machines, 2 automatic rivet machines, 6 caster assembly lines and other automatic equipment.
Q2. Can I get free caster wheel samples from Stardrawing ?
A: We would be honor to offer you free caster samples, and we believe that you would be willing to pay for the freight fee forsuch good products. Please provide your DHL/FedEx or other freight collect number and advise which express type should be chosen,international express type(2~3days) or economic type (4~5days).
Q3. What is your payment terms of caster ?
A: It is undisputable and crystal clear that 30% advanced payment, 70% before shipment, hope we have reached agreement for thisregular payment manner.
Q4. What about your lead time ?
A: Usually, caster sample needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 30 days. It is up to the quantity and stocking.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on casters ?
A: Sure.
