Product Description A Frp Pressure Tank is a pressure vessel used to filter and soften water. It is made of food-grade PE liner, epoxy resin and fiberglass. The working pressure range of the water tank is 125PSI-150PSI, and each product will be subjected to 1.2 times more than 1.2 times of hydrostatic water pressure holding test before leaving the factory. The product has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high strength and long service life. It provides a variety of colors and models to choose from, and can be customized according to the needs of customers. The product is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, food, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing and other industries. In addition, the product has passed the NSF certification of the United States, the ISO9001 quality system certification and the CE certification of the European Union.

Enhanced PPO modified plastic material, it conforms to the International Thread Pass Standard, high strength, good pressure-bearing, low thermal deformation rate.
6" flange opening
In the process of blow molding/rotoplastic, the built-in flange and the inner liner are formed together, and the anti-leakage effect is better; Each flange connection part has 24 standard size mounting ports, which can maximize the connection between the tank mouth and the water distributor and other accessories, so as to achieve no penetration.
Each opening surface is machined, flat, smooth, no blisters and air bubbles, so as to ensure no leakage after installing the valve.
Inner Liner With Food-Grade HDPE
5" - 40" Frp pressure tank Inner liner is suitable for blow molding without leakage.
High Quality Eopxy Resin + Glass Fiber Winding Reinforcement
ARCLION® Frp Pressure Tank is wound with high-quality epoxy resin, and is wound to the HDPE inner embryo by a tight process, which has a good pressure effect on the tank.
Frp Pressure Tank Base
Standard Base: Enhanced PE modified plastic material suitable for 5" - 16" tank;
Round Base: Enhanced PP modified plastic material suitable for 18" - 21" tank;
Tripod Base: Reinforced fiberglass material suitable for 24" - 80" tank.

All the base is produced by ourselves and is made of high quality first hand material,not used material, the damage rate and deformation rate of the base are 5%-9% lower than others.
