2. High dots presentation rate under high speed; Clear and vivid stratification of screen printing; Strong stereo effect and accurate registering.
3. Aluminum roller adopts the Japan semi-sealing small bearing; Flinty oxidation, static and dynamic balancing treatments are conducted; Low resistance and small flop.
4. The special made modulus angular gears adopted; Accurate printing size and full printing specifications (5mm is a spec)
5. With the air exhaust, blowing and heating settings; The heating system adopts the central thermostatic control system and group management, also with the cold air forming devices.
6. Printing rolls should keep moving while machine halted

We are manufacturer specialized in plastic machine for more than 35 years, all of our engineer with more than 20 years experience.
2. Where is your factory? How can i visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city,zhejiang province, China.
Its about 40 minutes from shanghai by plane(4 hours by train). We will pick you up on airport or station. Welcome to visit our manufacture.
3 What's the scale of your company?
Our company covers 14000 square meter, over 11000 square meter of which is bulding area, consisting over 100 staffs, 20 engineers for technical support.
4 How long is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 30-45 days. Ugently, we can make your machine first. About 10 days.
5 What's your warranty policy?
18 month guarantee and 1 year after-sales maintenance.

6 What package do you use for the product?
Covered with plastic film. Wooden box package need extra cost .

7 Does your manufacture provide installation service?
Our engineer can go to customer factory to installation. Buyer should prepare materials to test the machine in advance and should be responsible for the cost of supplier's technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation and salary since the day start out until the day arriving at factory.
8 What are your terms of payment?
We accept T/T, L/C. western union.
9 How could we do if the parts broken within warranty?
We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty date.
10 Does your engineer understand English?
Our engineer understand a little English. But don't worry, We have professional translators.And All our engineer have more than 20 years machine installation experience.
