Machine Specification:
1.The machine adopts casting body, configures high-power motor, realizes heavy planing, and good planing quality.
2.The use of fully enclosed safety guards, safety door, low working noise, safety and environmental protection.
3.The movable working table and the front worktable plate are made of hardened steel alloy plate and wear-resistant.
4.The main shaft adopts heavy cutting structure and the main shaft diameter is 50mm. Its main shaft has good rigidity and can achieve strong planing.
5.Use 140mm diameter feeding wheel and multiple groups bottom-active roller feeding, feeding strong and powerful.
6.Each cutter controls and adjust width and thickness adopts PLC computer touch screen numerical control system, cylinder locking and the operation is convenient.
7.Feeding adopts the front, middle and rear three cylinders to press the material, the pressure is stable, and the adjustment is convenient.
8.Upper cutter front pressing, vertical cutter front and side pressing mechanism are all use cylinder presssing, thus pressure stability, easy adjustment.
9.The second bottom cutter has a multi-saw function.
10.Configure with two manual lubrication pumps to centrally lubricate the working table and the moving rail respectively, thus to improve the feeding smoothness and the flexibility of rail movement.
11.All feeding and pressing adopts segmented cylinder press, centralized arrangement and convenient operation.
12.Feeding adopts frequency control, feeding speed up to 6-36m/min.
