Teabags with an individual overwrap will add appeal and value to your tea line. These tea bags include both a string and a tag.No staples are used.Individual overwrap tea bags are more expensive to produce than the simple "pillow style" teabag.
We offer one finished size of the overwrap tea bag (70mm x 80mm).

This tea bag packing machine is a high precision automatic line used for packing broken tea and similar herbs into small bags.
Feature:
This automatic tea bag packing machine is our newest model, and it has features filling, heat sealing, threading, labeling, and over-wrapping functions. Meanwhile, it also has an adjustable loading system for filling different sized tea bags. Adopting sealing pads in place of the sealing rollers used in machines of previous generations, this new system greatly improves the machine's flexibility and enables the use of different packaging materials. The main materials include paper/PE, plastic/foil/PE, and plastic/PE.
