The first type of harmless treatment equipment for farms has a relatively wide range of application and is called a harmless treatment integrated machine.
Its process: First, the remains of dead animals are put into the treatment machine, and then they are treated by chemical treatment using high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam. After the treatment, they can be converted into organic fertilizer, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the items. Its process: After the dead pigs are completely crushed, the meat residue is transported to the high-temperature and high-pressure drying machine on the ground through the pipeline for continuous high-temperature and high-pressure drying and degreasing. After being dried by the chemical machine, it becomes a powdery granular. The separated grease provides raw materials for the production of biodiesel and chemical grease; the bone and meat residue can produce high-quality organic fertilizer. This kind of equipment is generally used by the harmless treatment center for diseased livestock and poultry in counties and urban areas. The investment cost is relatively high, but the process and effect are the current domestic treatment methods, and the additional profit brought after treatment is high.
The operation process of the harmless treatment equipment:
1. Transport the dead pigs and their products to the harmless treatment room, and directly load the treated objects into the chemical basket.
2. Open the tank door, send the chemical basket on the trolley into the wetting machine along the track, and close the tank door.
3. According to the number of dead pigs to be treated, set the temperature (160 - 190℃) and pressure 0.6Mpa for high-temperature and high-pressure treatment of the treated objects.
4. After the treatment process is completed, the mixture of oil and water generated during the treatment process is pumped into the oil-water separation equipment for oil-water separation to obtain highly pure grease.
5. After the treatment is completed, open the tank door, pull the chemical basket out along the track, and transport the residue in the chemical basket to the biogas digester for fermentation or treatment together with animal feces.
