Diamond grinding wheel is one kind of diamond tools. It is mainly suitable for all kinds of refractory surface grinding processing. The product adopts a specially designed conical mounting structure, making it easy to load and unload. It has the advantages of good machining flatness, high grinding efficiency and long service life. It is made of diamond cutter head welded or cold pressed on the metal matrix. The diamond cutter head is made by sintering artificial industrial diamond and other metal powder.
This kind of diamond grinding wheel is used for solar glass, auto glass, electronic glass, super thin glass grinding.
They are produced by the newest Vacuum-Hot pressing sintering machine. As the temperature of the hot pressing sintering is 800ºC~1000ºC, the high vacuum can make the diamond grit just a tiny injury. There will be no oxidation of the diamond grit in the hot pressing sintering.
This kind of diamond grinding wheel has good sharpness and long service life.
The edge surface of glass will be better after grinding.
