Intelligent Floating Charge BCC6A-12V/ BCC6A-24V Genset Generator Battery ChargerProduct Description Description:This charger is designed for the lead-acid battery used in the engine. It adopts three-stage intelligent control method of constant current fast charge, current limit and turbulent float charge. It can be charged for a long time without damage to the battery, and can maintain the full power state of the battery and ensure the service life of the battery. This charger can be used in parallel with the engine's charging generator, and there is no need to disconnect the charger during engine operation.Features:- With metal casing, good heat dissipation and strong anti-interference ability;- Advanced switching power supply results, wide AC input voltage range;- Three-stage smart charging to automatically maintain battery power;- Short circuit and anti-back protection;- With charging voltage and charging current fine adjustment function;- LED status display.- Optional Types: BCC6A-24V, BCC6A-12VCharging Characteristic Curve: The charger is designed according to the characteristics of the lead-acid battery used in the engine, and adopts a three-stage intelligent control method of constant current fast charging, current limiting, and turbulent floating charging. When the battery voltage is lower than the preset value, it is a constant current charging phase; when the battery voltage is higher than the preset value, the charging current decreases as the battery voltage increases, and enters the current limiting charging phase; the battery voltage gradually rises to a predetermined value. Constant voltage value, when the charging current is less than 0.3A, the charging indicator is off, and the floating charging phase is entered. The subsequent charging current only counteracts the self-discharge of the battery, maintaining the battery in a fully charged state.
