Product Description

1. Machine features
I.the machine adopts high rigid gantry frame structure,and the important parts are resin sand castings,and through two artificial aging treatment,has enough hyro-static rigidity and good precision retention.
II.All three axes of the machine adopt double nut pre-tightening ballscrew,and pre-strethching,driving rigidity is strong,the precision is stable and reliable.
III.The XY axes adopts heavy-duty linear guideway(ballscrew)structure,the Z axis adopts rectangular box way structure,and the Z axis is equipped with the diazo liquid balance cylinder,with small motion inertia and fast response speed.
IV. machine spindle adopts Taiwan high rigid spindle,long service life ,high reliability ,gear head driver or spindle motor direct drive structure.
