The extrusion system is equipped with a hard gear surface reducer and a Japan inverter, providing reliable power transmission. The die system incorporates a central-incoming extrusion die made of special steel for optimal performance.
The hydraulic system of the GS-5L-II utilizes Japan hydraulic valve seal and proportional control, ensuring precise control over oil flow and pressure. The control system consists of a Japan PLC and an imported HMI, offering convenient operation and automation. The machine is designed to meet CE safety standards, prioritizing user safety.

Product Description: Installation & Testing A technician from Zhangjiagang GREAT Supreme Industry Limited will be sent to your location to test the machine. The technician will ensure that the machine is in proper working condition before leaving. Please notify us when everything is ready for installation and testing. Please note that all charges incurred during the technician's visit, including transportation expenses, visa fee, accommodation, and insurance, will be borne by the buyer. If the technician is required to go abroad, a service fee of USD 120/day will be charged within the same time period.
Warranty & Guarantee We provide a 2-year guarantee for the machine once it is running normally at your factory. Within this guarantee period, Zhangjiagang GREAT Supreme Industry Limited will handle all problems related to the quality of the machine.
