1) This set automatic screwing tightening fastening machine for bevel gear adopts the design of rotation table with six stations,It can realize semi-finished bevel gear loading,screw assembly,marking and finished bevel gear blanking at the same time.
2) Because the screw assembly is in high precision,So adopts the high accuracy servo motor as the driver,The rotation speed,rotation direction and torsion value all can be adjusted according to actual requirement freely.
3) Huge screw feeder can hold 2000~2500 pcs of screws one times.So you should never need to worry the matter of lacking screws during production any more.
4) Equipped with the LED touch screen which can display the alarm in real time,So it is very convenient for operator to find and solve the problem in a short time.
5) The machine owns the function as the following:Quantity statistics(OK amount and NG amount),thread slip detection,floating detection,screw omission detection etc.
6) Adopt the ASA brand electric screwdriver especial for automation as the driver,Torsion outputs stably,Which can ensure a perfect assembling quality.
7) Universal power supply:110-240ACV,50~60Hz.
