Function 1:Abrasive Belt
Function features: When the sand belt is pressed down to the surface of the product, it is manually controlled whether to press down and the size of the pressure. The speed of the sand belt can be adjusted for digital display, and the knob can be adjusted, simple and intuitive. Sand belt variable speed function is to adapt to different metal material, thickness, and surface special circumstances, flexible fine tuning speed to match, in order to achieve the best effect.
Sand belt function use reminder: the speed of sand belt is fast, the pressure force is large, the cutting speed is fast, which is conducive to welding scar grinding. Note: High temperature will occur on the ground surface when the speed is fast and the pressure is large. For example: stainless steel in the surface drawing temperature continues to be too high, the surface will yellow, when the thickness of the plate is thin, but also due to high temperature and surface deformation.
Suggestions for using the sand belt: By replacing the sand belt with different thickness, the coarse or fine long straight silk effect can be achieved; Using the sand belt between 60 and 120 mesh, welding scar grinding and drawing can be realized. Grain effect can be achieved by changing the thickness of different sand belt or nylon belt. Note: The sand belt must be cloth base type, not paper sand type.
Function 2, wheel Polishing
Function features: wheel down to the surface of the product is manually controlled whether to press down and the size of the pressure. The wheel speed can be adjusted for the touch screen digital display adjustment, simple and intuitive, wheel speed limit is: 100000. Wheel variable speed function is to adapt to different metal materials, surface requirements and surface special circumstances, flexible fine tuning speed to match, in order to achieve the best effect.
Wheel use reminder: This machine is equipped with 19mm diameter core, suitable for the thickness of 100mm wheel, wheel diameter limit: 150mm.
Wheel use suggestion: When the product surface scratches deep, the drawing wheel is unable to handle. Grain effect is achieved by replacing different materials and thickness. If finer grain is needed, it needs to be alternately processed from thick to fine until satisfactory grain and brightness. Tip: Drawing process, need to be through the layer over and over again, multiple processing to achieve the best.
