1.Corn snacks machine is a new type of extruding food processing line studied and developed by ourselves on the basis of learning from advanced technology in the world so that its technical performance and quality of products both reach to the most advanced in the world. This line will finish mixing, extruding, drying flavoring, packing in one-pass operation automatically. This line features lots of types, flexible collocation, extensive applied materials, various products and easy operation.
2. Raw materials: adopts corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients
3. Products:Variety shapes are available for ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower and heart shape by adjusting the mould in the extruder
4. Capacity: 150kg/h, 240kg/h, 500kg/h even higher

Features of Double-screw Extruder a. Screw with 38CrMoAL excellent material and being Nitriding treatment Made in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province China. The HRC hardness is around 60---62.The screws are made by alloy steel and special craft, the screw life is longer. And it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.
b.The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.
c.The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.
d.Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
e.We use SIEMENS (CHINA)electrical parts.
f. Main Motor from SIEMENS(CHINA) or other famous brand, ensure its Powerful Extrusion and Excellent Performance.

When we received your deposit of this order, we will ask our engineers to prepare to apply the visa, when the corn flakes processing line arrived your country, and we will send two engineers to go and help you to install the corn flakes line, teach your worker(3or 4 workers) how to operate the corn flakes line, until your worker know the corn flakes line well.
3. Our engineers has responsibility to teach your worker how to clean the extruder, how to change the screw, how to change barrel etc. and we have responsibility to provide technology support with you forever.
