1. FOREWORD
CK series marine inline duct fan or simply the duct fanr is capable of blowing air, ocean air containing salt vapour, and corrosive air containing a small quantity of oil vapour. They are suitable for cabin air ventilation and exchange on oceangoing vessels. They are also applicable in other places that suit.
2. CHARACTERISTICS
2.1 New design: Double seal ring design make fans lower sound level, higher capacity and pressure.
2.2 Overheat protection: Motor has integral thermal contacts with automatic reset make the fans more safe.
2.3 Moisture resistance: The casing are manufactured from high galvanized steel sheetsI and coating allowing in moist and humid environment installation.
2.4 Speed-controllable: The fans can be speed-controlled via a stepless accroding to actual requirement.
2.5 Easy installation: Circular duct connection with a special bracket and clamper, make the fans easy installation.
3. PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
CK series pipeline fan has the advantages of compact structure, low noise, large capacity, good stability, convenient installation and maintenance. Product advantages are detailed as follows:
3.1. The impeller of the series fan adopts the radial flow structure, and the shell adopts the straight axial flow, which is a good combination of the two, so that the system fan has the excellent performance of high pressure and low noise.
3.2. The series fan adopts asynchronous external rotor motor, the motor adopts fully sealed ball bearing, and the configured thermal switch can prevent the temperature of the motor coil from being too high, so that the series fan has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, motor maintenance-free.
3.3. This series of fan shell is made of galvanized sheet, which has moisture resistance and improves the anticorrosion function of the fan shell. It can be installed in wet or humid environment.
4.STRUCTURE TYPE
CK series Marine inline circular duct fans width application in Building/Ship/Hotellffice/Home or as a long relay duct fans, Higher efficient and energy-saving EC motor could also be used for all CK series fans instead of AC motor.
