Essential oil extraction machine is using steam to distill raw material to extractor the active ingredient essential oil from the different raw material.
Essential oil extraction equipment is widely used in the extraction of conventional oils from flowers, grass, trees, leaves, slices, roots,seeds and animal materials

Machine composite
Essential oil extraction machine includes extractor distill tank ,condenser ,sub-cooler ,oil/water separator ,collection tank and pipeline.etc extraction distiller tank :it can use the multifucntional tradition extraction tank ,which have the double jacketed structure ,top equipped with manhole cover for the flowers material loading ,bottom with the pneumatic discharge door gate . it is also can use the basket type extraction tank ,which flowers raw material can charge into the feeding basket ,then load the basket into the extraction tank ,after extraction ,the residue material in the basket will can be take out too . condenser : shell and tube type condenser ,material is Stainless steel ,essential oil passed inside tube ,cooler passed outside tube sub-cooler : coil type sub-cooler ,material is Stainless steel ,essential oil passed inside tube ,cooler passed outside tube. water /oil separator : glass material ,which can be easily to check inside oil level ,so it can be used to collect the essential oil ab drain the water 5) pipeline and valve for the system ,material is Stainless steel
