Automatic HDPE 1L Bottle Jerry Can Blow Molding MachineIt is an extrusion blow molding machine for making plastic bottle or Jerry can with a capacity less than 1 liter. The raw material is high density polyethylene resin, one of the most widely used and cheap plastics used for producing containers for daily life liquid, chemicals, and other industrial liquids etc.
How to select a best fit blow molding machine for producing the 1 liter HDPE bottle? Bottle specifications with all information such as raw materials, dimensions, weight, neck size, neck design shall be provided to blow molding machine manufacturer. CAD and 3D modeling drawings of bottle shall be provided to blow molding machine manufacturer. *If buyer couldn't provide above information for the bottle, buyer could deliver bottle samples to machine seller. Automation of bottle production: Manual or automatic dosing of HDPE resins with color master batches and recycled chips; Manual or automatic blending of HDPE resins with color master batches and recycled chips; Transportation to hopper; As for bottles made by extrusion blow molding technique, the trimming or de-flashing of bottles is inevitable. Generally, all regular bottles could be trimmed or de-flashed automatically simply by the secondary mold equipped with pneumatic cylinder. Bottle collection or transportation to next process Packing, palletizing, or labeling, filling etc.
