Truck-O-Liner cab repair system is currently the most professional and advanced equipment of its kind for straightening and repairing collision truck cabs in the world.
Cab bench DO201
Cab Bench DO201 is strong and stable algining jig which simplifies cab repair and improve efficiency. TRUCK-O-LINER car bench consists of a rigid base and adaptor sets. The rigid base is anchored to I-beams embedded in the workshop floor or floor anchoring drilled into an existing floor. Mounting points are movable, which make it easier mount even severely damaged cabs. The base of the cab is pushed and pulled hydraulically into its correct position. Truck-O-Liner cab bench works together with our straightening towers and extra accessories related to pulling and pressing.
Basic straightening adapter kits
According to the actual structure of different heavy truck models, Truck O Liner has designed a special adapter kits to accurately and firmly fix the vehicle on the correction platform cab bench, which facilitates the straightening restoration of the cab. So far we have launched basic straightening adapter kits for trucks of Volvo, Scania, Daimler Benz, MAN, Hino, FAW Jiefang, Dongfeng Commercial, Sinotruk, Foton Auman, Shaanxi Automobile.
Cab tower DT2006/DT2007
The cab tower can cooperate with the cab bench to perform various hydraulic straightening and jacking repairs on the base of the damaged truck cab. It can perform hydraulic straightening repairs on the driving column and roof, and perform multi-angle correction repair work with multiple oil cylinders at the same time. It is also possible to straighten and repair damaged buses.

Frame and cab straightening with the floor beam solution
The cab bench, frame press and straightening equipment as well as pulling tower can be quickly and easily fixed on the track of the I-beam by using the special fixturing kit. The floor beams are to be casted in the workshop floor. This gives the advantages of a ffexible work area, easy to get the vehicle onto the workplace, as well as level floor and ergonomic work heights.
