Here are two forms of heating, one is electric heating, and the other is steam heating.
The principle of pasteurization is within a certain temperature range, the lower the temperature is, the slower the bacteria reproduce; the higher the temperature is, the faster the bacteria reproduce.
When the temperature is too high, the bacteria will die, different bacteria have different growing temperatures, heat tolerance, and cold tolerance.
Pasteurization uses the characteristics of bacteria that are not very heat-resistant, and treats them with appropriate temperature and holding time to kill them all.
However, after pasteurization, a small part of harmless, beneficial, more heat-resistant bacteria or bacteria spores still exist.
In food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and other industries, water bath sterilization is required for some packaged products.
The packaged products can be placed on the adjustable-speed stainless steel mesh belt, under the transportation of the conveyor belt, the products will enter the sterilization box sequentially, then are sterilized by"high-temperature water as the medium", entering inside the cooling box by the conveyor belt of transportation to get the product cooled averagely so that to meet the requirement of product sterilization.
This series of equipment runs continuously, and the sterilized packaged products are continuously sent to the next production process.
Temperature and speed can be set according to process requirements, the equipment has many advantages, like smooth running, high strength of stainless steel mesh belt, small elasticity, not easy to be deformed, and easy to maintain.

The pasteurization production line can be divided into the raw material elevator, pasteurization machine, cooling machine, vibration draining machine, parallel wind dryer(or flip air dryer), packaging machine, and cold storage.

Suitable for the sterilization of flexible packaged vegetable products, canned fruit, fruit juice drinks, bird's nest supplements, beauty and health care products, and various pickled pickles and wild vegetables, and secondary sterilization after packaging of low-temperature meat products.
Also suitable for the sterilization of soybeans, beverages and blanching vegetables, etc.
