TB bucket elevator
Structural characteristics of TB bucket elevator:
1. Low driving power, low energy consumption and energy saving. The material energy consumption of hoisting the same height is about 1/3~1/2 of that of chain hoist.
2. The lifting range is wide. It can not only upgrade the general powder, granular and block materials, but also upgrade the materials with large grinding ability.
3. The whole machine is fully sealed, and there is no dust pollution during operation.
4. The shell is made of steel bars with good rigidity, high accuracy and beautiful appearance.
The working principle of bucket elevator:
TB bucket elevator adopts plate sleeve roller chain as traction component, which is a transitional product of NE bucket elevator. Gravity unloading is suitable for medium and large lump grinding materials with loose density less than 2t/m3. The temperature of the material to be transported does not exceed 250 C. The lifting height of TB bucket hoist is between 5M and 50m, and the conveying capacity is between 20 and 560m3/h.
TB bucket elevator is a plate-chain type, gravity-induced unloading elevator equipment. The machine adopts an inflow feeding mode. The material flows into the hopper and is lifted to the top by the plate chain. The material is discharged by itself under the action of material gravity. Chain is a high-strength plate chain made of high-quality alloy steel. It is wear-resistant and reliable. The drive part adopts hard tooth surface reducer.
