WFI Fine Powder PulverizerMain Applications:
This machine is consisted of main motor, auxiliary motor, and electrical control cabinet with the capabilities of winnowing, non-sieve or mesh, equality of granule size, and continuous processing etc. It meets the international advance level and is suitable for the material grinding by the trade of pharmaceutical, chemical, and foodstuff etc.
Working Principle
Raw material is delivered to the grinding chamber by screw feeder, and is cut and sheared by the high seed blade, then the material is moved into cyclone separator by means of negative pressure sucking method before being discharged by bag filter. The dust is filtered and recovered by bag filter. Having no dust flying during production, it can improve utilization rate of the material and reduce the cost of enterprise.
