Product Overview
Plastic Waste PP PE Film and Bag Washing Recycling Line is widely used to washing recycling the used PP/PE plastic soft plastic. Such like shopping bags, packing films, garbage bags, woven bags, non-woven bags and films. This recycling machine can crushing washing and drying the dirty soft plastic into clean film flakes.
After plastic film/bag flakes cleaned, you can make them into pellets/granules with next process, which called plastic pelletizing machine.
This production line is high automatic operating and low consumption, can save labor, save power and save water, easy to maintenance.
With advanced design, concepts and technologies to suit different status of waste plastic bags/films. This PP PE plastic recycling machine could layout as "L", "S" or "U" shape according different workshop.
There are several components of Plastic Film Washing Line:
A crusher machine is designed for film or bag to product standard particle sizes that are easy to wash clean, dry.
A friction washer is used to remove dirty and sand by centrifugal force.
A Film squeezing machine is an ideal option to squeeze and dry the washed clean film. The final film humidity will be less than 5% after processing by our LDPE LLDPE film washing line, dry film could send to our film compactor pelletizing machine to make granules directly. We could supply the LDPE LLDPE film washing linr 300kg/h -1500kg/h.
Cleaning Process of Plastic Film Washing Line:

2.Floating Washing Tank
